Contact, errors and your own case
There is no inbox, form or phone number behind this site, so a message has nowhere to land. That is deliberate: a question about your own test belongs with the people who can act on it, listed below.
If a rule or a question looks wrong
The "Report a problem" link under each practice question leads here because there is no reporting channel to send it to. What you can do instead:
- A rule or a figure: every table row names the document it comes from. Open it; if it says something else, the document wins, and the next scheduled check of that table will pick the change up.
- A practice question: note the ID printed under it. Every question passes a review before it is published, and one that fails a later review is taken down.
Your scores, retests and eligibility
Scores, retest dates, waivers and eligibility are decided by the services, not by a practice site:
- ASVAB and PiCAT: your recruiter; general rules are on officialasvab.com.
- AFOQT: your recruiter or AFROTC detachment for the voucher, Pearson VUE for the appointment.
- TBAS and PCSM: your Military Personnel Flight or recruiter; AFPC's PCSM FAQ covers the program itself.
- ASTB-E and OAR: your Navy officer recruiter or, for the Marine Corps, your officer selection officer.
- SIFT: your Army recruiter, or your education center if you are already serving.
